On which client can BürOffice be used?

The system has web and desktop applications and can be used on a PC and a tablet. The desktop application is typically used by colleagues with a high volume of administrative work, while the web interface is preferred by those who use the system less frequently.


I have sent a customer both mail and email, how can I see what has happened so far?

BürOffice automatically stores all documents sent via different communication channels in one place, so that they can be viewed at any time at the touch of a button.


What support do I get as a manager to manage my colleagues?

BürOffice's DashBoard module provides managers with a flow of up-to-date information, allowing them to intervene at any time to ensure that each colleague is focused on what is most important at that moment.


Is BürOffice GDPR and NIS2 compliant?

The system is GDPR compliant and also meets the "high level" requirements of the NIS2 regulation.


What are the server requirements for BürOffice?

A server with a Windows or Linux operating system is required to run the system. The hardware requirements of the system can vary depending on the workload, but we generally recommend 16 GB RAM and a desktop-class processor.


We currently store our documents in NScale DMS. Does BürOffice work like that?

The system supports several DMS systems, including NScale, via the DMS couplers.


Which database manager does BürOffice use?

The system supports the following database managers: Oracle RDBMS, MS SQL Server, PostgrSQL. 


Which software licenses do I have to buy to run BürOffice?

The system adapts to the software components you have already purchased, i.e. there is usually no need to purchase additional licenses. If not already purchased, a Linux server and a free PostgreSQL database manager are sufficient to run BürOffice.
