BürOffice – Process Digitization Platform

BürOffice is a digital system built on Quattrosoft's more than 25 years of expertise, focusing on the smooth execution of business processes.

The system's input module uniformly handles both paper-based and electronic documents: after scanning an invoice, the system registers the shipments, while all data becomes immediately available in BürOffice.

In the process tracking section, we can see step by step how the document progresses through the prescribed approval routes.

When the document is signed, the digital signature is applied, and the output module confirms the forwarding of outgoing letters and materials: via email, mail, or even through Company Portal.

Meanwhile, in the records management module, thanks to barcode storage, we can continuously track physical documents, and disposal or archiving can be initiated with a single click.

In the background, standard and custom interfaces ensure that data from external systems is continuously updated.

Business Navigator – Operational CRM

Business Navigator is a modular CRM platform that supports sales processes in real-time. As soon as we launch a campaign, we can see the leads on the control panel.

In the Basic CRM module, we can see all interactions for each customer profile: clicking the button displays the partner's data sheet, allowing documents and tasks to be reviewed instantly.

With Sales Force Automation, we can easily move the customer to the next sales phase, while the system ensures information transfer.

In the Campaign Management module, we can launch multi-channel campaigns and segment target groups.

In the Reporting section, we can initiate various queries.

The Business Navigator modules allow us to see the leads on the control panel as soon as we launch a campaign.

During the sales process, Business Navigator provides sales managers with a complete overview of the campaign. The activities of salespeople and the status of individual leads can be continuously monitored.
