At the ITBUSINESS ITEXEC 2024 conference, we have reviewed the current challenges, tasks and available solutions for IT leaders together with leading IT experts from large Hungarian companies and leading ICT vendors.

In a panel discussion with Quattrosoft, we looked at the pitfalls of digitalisation projects. Digitalisation, the promise of improving process efficiency, offers huge benefits - but these benefits often fail to materialise. Where do projects go wrong? What are the most common pitfalls? What are the dangers of lack of precise requirements specification, over-engineering, over-reliance on open software?
