Most companies have their own customer or partner register. However, it still happens that there is none, or for some special business purpose, e.g. there is no IT support for storing and maintaining the data of subcontractors, agents, brokers.

In such a case, we can use the system's built-in data sets. In the system, we also find a customer and a partner database.

Customer base

We can include natural or legal persons who are served by our company, for whom we provide services, and for whom we carry out our main activities.

Partner tribe

In the partner group, we can record those natural or legal persons who help and support us in serving our customers, with whom we cooperate during the performance of our main activity.

In addition to the personal and company data of our customers and partners, we can store their contacts and contact information, as well as special contact information such as their office gate ID, in both tribes. For posts, we can decide whether they can be seen by everyone or only us. It is therefore possible to create a private and company-level register.

In the system, we can always use these tribes during administration, so e.g. the sender of an incoming mail item, the person of the plaintiff in a legal case, the recipient of an outgoing e-mail can be easily and quickly selected from these records at any time.
